• What counts as a device?

  Any active enrolled laptop or workstation Harriet provisions AI tools to. Devices that are removed stop counting at the next billing cycle.

• Do I have to pay for LLM usage?

  Only if Harriet supplies the keys. Bring your own OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini account and there's no LLM charge from us.

• How do managed credits work?

  Buy prepaid credits in $25, $50, or $100 increments. Get a $20 promotional credit to start. Auto top-up when you're low. Hard-block at zero. Provider list price plus a 20% management fee.

• What happens at 4 devices on Free?

  We'll flag it ahead of time. Your fourth device needs the Team plan. No surprise bills.

• When do I need Enterprise?

  Past 25 devices, when you need SSO and SCIM, or when you need a custom SLA. Talk to sales for annual or invoiced terms.

• Is my data safe on Free?

  Same controls as Team and Enterprise. SOC 2 certified, no data sharing with third-party LLMs, no training on your data.
