Introducing Endpoint AI: desktop AI on every device

Miguel Delgado · · 2 min read

Glowing network hub linking a fleet of laptops, representing Harriet Endpoint AI on every employee desktop

Today we’re launching Endpoint AI — the fastest way to put a governed AI assistant on every desktop in your organisation.

Most companies are stuck between two bad options: let employees use whatever AI tools they like (and lose all visibility), or lock everything down (and watch productivity walk out the door to personal accounts). Endpoint AI is the third option: AI everywhere, governed centrally.

What Endpoint AI does

Endpoint AI deploys through the tools your IT team already runs:

  • Provisioning via your IdP. Connect Okta, Entra, or Google Workspace and every employee gets access automatically — joiners on day one, leavers off the moment they’re deprovisioned.
  • Distribution via MDM. Push the desktop app through Jamf, Intune, or Kandji like any other managed application.
  • Governance built in. Assign models by team, set spend limits, and route traffic through approved regions — all from one admin panel.

One dashboard spans Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, and Google Gemini, so you choose the right model for each team instead of paying for per-vendor seat sprawl.

Why it matters

AI adoption shouldn’t be a procurement project that takes two quarters. With Endpoint AI, the rollout is measured in hours: connect your IdP, push the app, and watch usage light up across the org — with every conversation governed by the policies you set. Our step-by-step rollout guide walks through exactly how.

Because everything runs through one control plane, the questions that usually stall an AI rollout already have answers: spend stays predictable per team, and data stays inside approved regions for GDPR.

See it on your own devices

Endpoint AI is built on Harriet’s AI control plane — SOC 2 Type II certified, with EU data residency available. If you’d like to see it running on your own fleet, book a call and we’ll get you set up.

Common questions

How long does an Endpoint AI rollout take?

Most teams go live the same day. Connecting your IdP and pushing the app through MDM are changes your IT team already knows how to make — there are no per-user installs or API keys to hand out.

Do employees need their own AI subscriptions?

No. Access is provisioned centrally through your identity provider, so there are no personal accounts, no shared logins, and nothing for employees to buy or configure.

Which AI models does Endpoint AI support?

One dashboard spans Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, and Google Gemini. Admins choose which models each team can use, so you match capability to need without paying for per-vendor seat sprawl.
