Plans & pricing
Endpoint AI is priced by active devices, not seats. Each paid tier has a monthly minimum that includes a device allowance, a per-device price above it, and a hard enrollment cap.
The four tiers
| Tier | Monthly minimum | Included devices | Per extra device | Device cap |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 3 | — | 3 |
| Endpoint AI Team | $99 | 15 | $6 | 100 |
| Endpoint AI Business | $499 | 50 | $8 | 500 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | Negotiated (no fixed cap) |
The monthly amount counts devices with status Active: Team is $99 for up to 15 active devices, then $6 per active device above that; Business is $499 for up to 50, then $8 per device above that. The device cap works differently — it counts every enrolled device that has not been wiped, and once you reach it, new enrollments are blocked until you upgrade or remove devices.
The marketing site presents the same tiers under different names: the Team tier appears as Startup and the Free tier as Hobbyist. The console's Billing tab shows the tier label (Free, Team, Business, or Enterprise) next to your plan name.
What each plan unlocks
Every plan gets the core product: profiles, skills, connectors, device enrollment, and the LLM proxy. The tiers differ on governance depth and model access:
| Capability | Free | Team | Business / Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| MCP audit log detail | No tool-level rows | Tool-level rows | Full detail, including stored tool arguments and results when an owner turns on Store tool arguments and results |
| Model allowlist | All entitled models, no restriction controls | Choose which models each account or device can use | Same as Team |
| Anthropic (EU) models | Not available | Not available | Included (sales can also enable it on Enterprise plans) |
| Hosted MCP | Currently included on all Endpoint AI plans | ||
Where a control is above your tier, the console says so in place. For example, the model allowlist in Settings shows "Choosing which LLM models are available requires Endpoint AI Team or higher." with an Upgrade now link, and Anthropic (EU) models show "Anthropic (EU) models require Endpoint AI Business or higher."
Upgrading from the console
- Add a card if you don't have one. Open the Billing tab and select Add payment method (or Update payment method to change the card). The Free tier requires a card on file before you can enroll a fourth device.
- Pick the plan. Follow any Upgrade now link on a gated setting, or open Harriet invoices & plan from the Billing tab. The upgrade confirmation page shows your exact monthly amount for your current active device count before you commit.
- Confirm. The new tier's caps and gated features apply immediately.
One upgrade happens on its own: when a Free organization with a card on file enrolls its fourth device, Harriet subscribes it to the Endpoint AI Team plan so the enrollment can proceed. Beyond 500 devices, contact sales@harriethq.com for Enterprise terms.
The plan covers the software. LLM usage is separate: bring your own provider keys (BYOK) at no per-token charge from Harriet, or use managed credits.
