Pricing questions

How is the bill calculated? +

Users, billed monthly. Startup is $99/mo for up to 15 users, then $6 per user above that, up to 100 users total. Business is $499/mo for up to 50 users, then $8 per user above that, up to 500 users total. Beyond 500 users, talk to sales about Enterprise. The upgrade page shows your exact monthly amount before you confirm.

What counts as a user? +

Anyone Harriet is currently provisioning AI tools to. One person counts once however many machines they use, so a laptop and a desktop are a single user. People who stop using Harriet drop off at the next billing cycle.

Do I pay for LLM usage too? +

Only if you ask Harriet to supply the model keys. Connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google account and there is no per-token charge from us.

Does Business include single sign-on? +

Yes. Business comes with Okta and Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on out of the box, plus SAML and SCIM for user and group provisioning from your identity provider.

When should we choose Business over Startup? +

Pick Business the moment you need single sign-on, central user provisioning, EU data residency for Claude, or a full audit trail of what AI did inside your systems. Startup is for small teams running their first governed rollout.

When should we talk to sales about Enterprise? +

When AI is becoming core infrastructure: more than 500 users, custom procurement terms, a premium SLA, bespoke residency, or a security review that needs a dedicated engineer.

Can we start small and scale? +

Yes. Most customers begin on Startup, then move to Business when identity and audit requirements kick in. Pricing follows the people actually using Harriet, not a seat licence you bought 18 months ago.

How safe is my data? +

Same controls on every plan. SOC 2 Type II certified. LLM requests go to contracted sub-processors under our DPA, so your data is not used to train models.
