When employee analytics is enabled and you have the right permissions, you can ask Harriet for aggregated workforce insights grounded in your connected directory or HRIS data.

Phrase questions specifically: name the filter (country, department, team, tenure window) you care about.

Prerequisites

HRIS or directory integration connected and syncing.
Reporting-oriented fields populated in your source system (whatever your HR team uses for org reporting).
Your user has analytics permission and is within any metadata scope your admins configured.
