How Harriet connects to your HR and productivity systems safely—including MCP connectors managed alongside other integrations.

Harriet uses integrations to read employee directory data, documents, and (where configured) actions like time off or tickets in external systems. MCP integrations are created as connectors in the same Company settings area.
What IT should know
- Connections are set up in Company settings → Integrations (wording may match your theme). For MCP, use New connector and the MCP wizard.
- Each integration uses vendor OAuth or API credentials your organization controls.
- Access in Harriet still respects roles and groups you configure for users.
- Endpoint AI (if enabled) can add a review queue for new MCP connectors and package skills before they are fully deployable.
Rollout tip
- Connect a sandbox or limited pilot group first, then expand once data looks correct.
